Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Ferkos packaging, ensuring all certificates and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
